1. Current Volunteer Opportunities in Auzet (04140)

You do not need to be an experienced painter or sculptor to play a vital role at REVES PASSIONS CREATEURS. Our association thrives on the diversity of practical talents contributed by inhabitants of the Blanche Valley. Below are the four primary areas where prospective volunteers can participate:

Role Profile 01 • 3 to 6 Hours Weekly or Bi-Weekly

Shared Studio Stewards & Equipment Custodians

Responsibilities: Open and heat the workrooms at LE HAUT PRESBYTERE, 04140 AUZET on Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday; welcome new self-taught creators; explain safe handling of the etching press and woodworking benches; and oversee collective tool cleaning at the end of the day.

Participate as a Studio Steward
Role Profile 02 • Wednesdays (14:00–17:30) or Monthly Sundays

Intergenerational Workshop Co-Facilitators

Responsibilities: Share your passion for drawing, natural pigments, relief printmaking, woodcarving, ceramics, or textile weaving with local children, families, and seniors; help prepare free material kits; and foster a warm, encouraging atmosphere free of academic pressure.

Role Profile 03 • 4 Seasonal Exhibition Cycles per Year

Exhibition Scenography, Carpentry & Public Mediation Hosts

Responsibilities: Assist with building and painting modular wooden display panels; hang artworks safely; greet village residents and school groups at the door; staff the hands-on visitor trial table (Table d'Essai); and facilitate conversations between creators and the public.

Role Profile 04 • Flexible Schedule (2 to 4 Hours Weekly)

Library Cataloguing, Rural Carpooling & Secretariat Support

Responsibilities: Manage our 650-volume open-access art library; photograph local artworks for our public archive; distribute printed event calendars across Auzet and neighboring hamlets; or coordinate winter carpooling so isolated seniors in the Blanche Valley can attend workshops safely.

All administrative volunteers work closely with the elected Executive Bureau at Le Haut Presbytère in full compliance with our Association Loi 1901 statutes (RNA W043000789, SIREN 512273061).

2. Our Volunteer Rights & Reciprocal Commitment Charter

At REVES PASSIONS CREATEURS, volunteering is never treated as unpaid labor; it is a free civic commitment grounded in mutual respect, democratic voice, and shared learning. Every volunteer signing our engagement charter benefits from clear institutional guarantees:

  • Comprehensive Civil Liability Insurance: Every registered volunteer is covered free of charge by the association's multi-risk insurance policy during all studio sessions, exhibition installations, and field activities in the 04140 postcode area.
  • Initial Safety & Technical Orientation: New volunteers receive a structured two-hour hands-on induction at Le Haut Presbytère covering etching press operation, woodworking tool maintenance, non-toxic material protocols, and accessible public welcoming.
  • Full Democratic Participation: Volunteers are invited to participate in our four specialized working commissions and hold full deliberative voting rights at the Annual General Assembly.
  • Strict Ethical & Non-Commercial Environment: Volunteers never solicit funds, never sell products, and never engage in commercial promotion. All membership fees and dues are fully reinvested in the association's public interest missions.
