1. Our Non-Profit Funding Model: Public Subsidies & Reinvested Membership Dues

In compliance with the French Law of July 1, 1901 and accounting standard ANC n° 2018-06 applicable to non-profit associations, REVES PASSIONS CREATEURS (registered under RNA W043000789 and SIREN 512273061 at LE HAUT PRESBYTERE, 04140 AUZET) maintains a strictly non-commercial financial structure.

Unlike commercial galleries or private training centers, our association generates zero euro (0.00 €) from commercial sales, artwork brokerage, entrance tickets, paid tuition, advertising, or online fundraising drives. Furthermore, this website contains no payment buttons, no donation requests, and no commercial service packages. Our annual operating resources come exclusively from three transparent, statutory sources:

Public Cultural & Territorial Subsidies (78% of Annual Budget): Multi-annual operating and equipment grants awarded by public institutions supporting rural cultural life, social cohesion, and volunteer development (including departmental cultural funds of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, regional cultural democracy programs, and state funds for associative life such as FDVA).
Municipal & Intercommunal In-Kind and Operating Support (14% of Annual Budget): Direct support from the municipality of Auzet (04140) and local intercommunal structures, notably through the provision and maintenance of our headquarters at Le Haut Presbytère and logistical backing for seasonal village exhibitions.
Reinvested Statutory Membership Dues (8% of Annual Budget): Nominal annual membership dues (cotisations statutaires) paid by active adult members. In accordance with our statutes, all membership fees and dues are fully reinvested in the association's public interest missions—specifically the purchase of shared studio consumables (paper, clay, natural pigments, woodblocks) and civil liability insurance covering all participants.

Because every member of our Board of Directors, Executive Bureau, and facilitation team serves 100% voluntarily without salary or attendance fees, REVES PASSIONS CREATEURS directs 89.5% of its total annual expenditure directly into field programs, shared creative materials, and free public exhibitions at LE HAUT PRESBYTERE, 04140 AUZET. Administrative and statutory overhead represents only 10.5% of expenditure.

3. Formal Non-Commercial Assurance & Citizen Right of Inspection

REVES PASSIONS CREATEURS issues the following permanent statutory assurance to all citizens, public grant authorities, and visitors:

All membership fees and dues are fully reinvested in the association's public interest missions, and all public programs are provided 100% free of charge through public subsidies and grants.

In accordance with our commitment to open civic governance, the complete certified balance sheets (bilans comptables), income and expenditure accounts (comptes de résultat), and reports of our two elected Independent Accounts Verifiers are kept on permanent public display in the reading room of Le Haut Presbytère in Auzet. Any resident, member, or institutional partner may also request a digital or printed copy free of charge by contacting our General Secretariat.
