REVES PASSIONS CREATEURS (Association Loi 1901, RNA W043000789, SIREN 512273061) treats the personal data of its members, volunteers, and visitors with absolute confidentiality. We never sell, rent, monetize, or transfer personal information to commercial third parties.

3. How Citizens Can Exercise Their Rights Under European Privacy Law

Under Articles 15 to 22 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD), every person who has communicated with REVES PASSIONS CREATEURS enjoys the following unconditional, free rights:

  • Right of Access (Article 15): Obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is held by the association and receive a complete copy free of charge.
  • Right to Rectification (Article 16): Request immediate correction of inaccurate or incomplete contact details or volunteer availability records.
  • Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten" (Article 17): Request the immediate and permanent deletion of your contact inquiry, volunteer record, or photograph from our archives and website.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent at Any Time (Article 7): Withdraw your consent with a single email or phone call without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

4. Protection of Image Rights (Droit à l'Image) & Minor Participants

Because REVES PASSIONS CREATEURS documents its workshops, shared studio sessions, and public exhibitions to illustrate its annual public activity reports and this non-commercial information portal, we enforce strict safeguards regarding citizen image rights (Article 9 of the French Civil Code) and the protection of minors:

  • Explicit Prior Authorization for Documentary Photography: No recognizable photograph of an amateur creator, workshop participant, or visitor at LE HAUT PRESBYTERE, 04140 AUZET is published in our seasonal exhibition booklets or online without prior informed consent. During public exhibitions, clear signage at the entrance informs visitors when documentary photographs of creative demonstrations are being taken, and any citizen may decline to be photographed while enjoying full access to all activities.
  • Special Protection for Children & Youth in Intergenerational Workshops: For participants under the age of eighteen attending our Wednesday afternoon workshops or rural school visits, written authorization signed by both parents or legal guardians is mandatory prior to any photographic documentation. 5. Technical Server Logs & Absence of Automated Decision-Making

In accordance with LCEN security requirements, our technical web host (InterServer Inc.) maintains standard, strictly technical HTTP access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) solely to detect denial-of-service attacks and ensure server stability. These technical logs are never merged with contact form submissions, are never used for geographic or behavioral profiling, and are automatically purged on a rolling cycle. REVES PASSIONS CREATEURS (RNA W043000789, SIREN 512273061) never performs automated decision-making or algorithmic profiling of any kind.
